A Winter Retreat designed to:

Teach relaxation during these stressful times

Offer simple ways to care for self

Provide a day of ease

Our day begins with  Ancient Sunrise Sadhana to renew the Spirit
Throughout the day we will:

Practice Yoga,

Participate in Sharing Circles,

Experience Restorative Yoga Segments,

Write and record in our Journals,

Explore Movement and Meditation.

Experience in depth Relaxation Practices

The Morning Meal: Coffee, Tea, Fresh Fruit; Scones and Sweet Breads

Lunch: A Fresh Root Vegetable Soup(s), Baked Breads with sprouted grain; nuts, seeds and a sweet surprise.
