Using yoga and affirmative life altering philosophies you can learn how to live your best life!

Here's what YogaLife Coaching™ offers:

  • As your Yoga Life Coach, I will help you explore and define what is wrong in your life or what you are seeking to change or accomplish
  • Then we will co create a plan of action steps to help you achieve your goals, and make changes
    to achieve what you desire in life.
  • We will also create a doable home practice that may include yoga, meditation, self study and self awareness exercises, etc.
  • We will meet weekly or bi monthly to review your progress toward change
  • We will be your support network and encourage you as we go along
